In accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, we provide you with the following information:

The personal data that you will provide or that we will acknowledge within the scope of our activity, will be processed basis on the concept of coherence, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your confidentiality and of your rights.

Purpose of data processing will be to comply with law fulfilment, service communication, management and maintenance of the web site and of the strictly connected web sites and, in anonymous form, for collecting anonymous statistical information of access to the web site and sites directly linked to it.
No data will be intended for direct or indirect commercial communication.

Personal data can be processed also with the support of electronic instruments in a manner suitable to guarantee their security and confidentiality.

Data are supplied voluntarily by the user. Complete or partial data missing supply or missing authorization for their processing will result in the non-performance of the service or failure of the service delivery.

No data deriving from the web service shall be communicated or disseminated.

Personal relevant data i.e. the data that can reveal the racial and ethnic origin, religious beliefs, philosophical or more generally, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of religious, philosophical, political or trade union, as well as personal data that can reveal the state of health and sex life, can be processed with the written consent of the subject concerned (if any) and prior permission of Guarantor for the protection of personal data (Article 26 of Legislative Decree N. 196/2003), in the manner and for the purposes outlined above.

You can apply to the “data controller” or to the person in charge in order to assert your rights as foreseen by article 7 of Legislative Decree N. 196/2003 which is hereunder fully reported for your convenience:

Art. 7
Right of access to personal data and other rights

1.The subject to whom personal data refer has the right to obtain confirmation that those data exist or not, even if not already registered and to obtain them in a comprehensible form.

2. The subject has the right to know:
a) the source of personal data;
b) purposes and means of data processing;
c) logic used in case of data processing performed with the support of electronic means;
d) information concerning the identification of the data controller, the responsible and person in charge under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) third parties or category of subjects that may become in possess of the personal data as appointed representative of the State, responsible or person/subject in charge.

3. The subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, if of his convenience, the integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of the data that have been unlawfully processed, included the data that do not need to be stored for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the confirmation that third parties that become in possess of the personal data do know the operations indicated at point a) and b), concepts included, excluded when it is impossible the fulfilment or when it involves clearly disproportionate means compared to the protected right.

4. The subject has the right to refuse, partially or completely:
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data even if related to the purpose of collecting;
b) the data processing involving the despatch of advertising material or direct selling or market research or marketing.
